MIQVAH 2010 Online Registration

There are two ways to register for MIQVAH:

1. TRADITIONAL REGISTRATION

• Download and print the registration form

• Deliver or mail the completed form, along with the registration fee, to the church office:

Registration fee is $40, but free for adult chaperones. If a chaperone would like to buy a t-shirt, they are $12 for sizes S-XL and $14 for sizes 2X and 3X
