Breaking free of the idea of “doing church” just for the sake of “doing church.”
Are we ready for Jesus to do something special with us?
Designed for service:
1. Elders. Servant-leaders who pray, provide oversight for the care and feeding of the flock, provide direction, and shepherd the souls entrusted to them.
2. Staff. Appointed by the elders to care for specific areas requiring large blocks of time and expertise. Jeff and Michael serve by jointly leading with our public worship ministry; Jeff also serves by leading our Youth and Family Ministries; Michael serves by being charged with preaching ministry and leading the office ministry. They also serve in various other areas as needed.
3. Deacons. Charged to be servants who organize and provide servant-leadership for all other day-to-day (non-staff) ministries of the congregation.
But what about the congregation as a whole?
Together, we need to be growing followers .
1. We realize a servant is a Christ-follower’s identity .

2. We are NOT saved BY service , but FOR service .

3. We are called to demonstrate the power and magnetism of service.
