The church is about doing faith.
The faith of a church is expressed in its worship and how it connects with people.
The deacons are the backbone for how this church comes to life in using our gifts for ministry.
Deacons care for the day to day operations of a congregation’s ministries .
1. Different church roles have different priorities .
2. A fully functioning church needs to be a delegating church.
The word deacon means "servant" .
1. Our ministry leaders should be people of spiritual character .
2. These special servants should be people of proven faith .
3. Deacons need to have a quality home .
