2 Cor 5:17: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ,
he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!”

Colossians 3:1-17

1. Christians have a new  condition , a new  place  to belong, a new  focus , and a new  future .

The Point: Christ is honored above all in  heaven  and we are with  Him .

The bottom-line: When our  citizenship  is in heaven it changes how we  walk  on earth.

When I live  with  Christ in heaven, I live  for  Christ on earth.

Sin  deformed  Adam, now the second Adam comes to  transform  us back into the image of our Creator.

2. Now this is radical...There are some things that are supposed to be  over  in Christ.

There is a basic moral code  instilled  in ALL people...It’s called  conscience .

We  embraced  the very nature of God... It is called being  spiritual .

3. The more you feed your  spiritual  nature the more like  Jesus  you will become.

Let’s dress our life in a way that says we are  excited  about the  father  we have in heaven.

You can be a new  you  and God’s clothes can  fit  you  perfectly .
