Jesus is our lawyer and he is our case.
2 Cor. 5:10; Heb. 9:27; Rev 12:10
Q and A:
1. Why would Jesus be our lawyer ?
1 John 4:9, 10; Rom 5:8 Answer: He loves us very much .
2. How can Jesus win every case?
John 19:30; 1 Tim 2:5, 6 Answer: The Righteousness of Christ .
3. What assurance do we have that the righteousness of Jesus will be accepted as a complete payment for our sins?
Rom 3:25, 26 Answer: The Holiness of God .
Jesus died on the cross, not just for our sakes, but also for God's sake.
Remember we have two advocates.
