Revelation 21:1-5

1. Throughout the scriptures the promise to God’s people is not a non-earth, but a  new   earth .

Isaiah 45:18

2. Throughout the prophets the ultimate  restoration  movement foretold involved the restoration of the  earth  as God intended.

Isaiah 65:17, 18; Isaiah 66:22; Jeremiah 10:11-16; Daniel 6:25, 26; Zephaniah 1:2, 3; Zephaniah 3:20; Isaiah 11:6; Acts 3:21

3. The idea of a restored earth also is based on  Apostolic   Authority .

2 Peter 3:3-13

4. Where is this New Earth to be? Well, You are  on   it .

Romans 8:19-22

Two reasons to believe  we   are   on  the New Earth:

1. The  Greek  wording in the New Testament.

2. The New Earth is compared to what God did in the  flood .
