This passage is about the gift of submission .
Eph. 5:21
This passage is about how those we are under authority to can be less spiritual people, but the most spiritual things we can do is through our submission .
This passage’s meaning rests on a phrase found in 1 Peter 3:1 and 1 Peter 3:7, “ in the same way .”
One of the greatest gifts you can give your marriage and your family is to dedicate yourself to being their servant .
