“Be joyful always…” (1 Thessalonians 5:16)
There is joy when Christ becomes your King (John 1:11, 12).
When we honor Christ as KING…
A. We recognize his inspiring humility (Phil 2:8; Matt 2;11, 12).
B. We celebrate HIS victory over sin and death (Acts 2:34-36).
C. We acknowledge him as the one over all and the one to whom all things will submit (Revelation 17:14; 19:6).
Christ is a KING who still reigns .
There is the joy of coming to a compassionate King who forgives .
There is the joy of belonging to a King of truth and grace .
