Three types of prayers:
Public prayers -
Private prayer -
Continuous Prayer -
The Kingdom literally means… “The Rule of God.”
What does it mean when we pray, “thy kingdom come?”
1. We are praying for God’s coming eternal heaven .
Romans 8:18-21; 2 Peter 3:10,13; Ephesians 1:10; Revelation 11:15
2. We are praying that God’s reign will continue to grow within the church .
Colossians 1:13; Acts 4:31-35
3. We’re asking the Lord’s reign (or rule) to grow in individual hearts .
Ephesians 2:10
