Three Adoptions in Old Testament:

M oses . This was an adoption of  pity .

E sther . This was an adoption of  duty .

M ephibosheth . This was an adoption of  grace .

What are the blessings of being adopted by God?

1. We know we have been  chosen .

Ephesians 1:4-6

2. We have the  confidence  of God’s children.

3. We have the promise of  physical   redemption .
