When His Time Had Come

Matthew 21: 1-11
Jesus was very cautious about when it was time to go to Jerusalem.

What are we to make of the Triumphal Entry?
1. It was an act of courage .
Question: Would you like to know when and how you would die ?
2. It was an act of salvation .
Luke 19:41-44
Question: Would you want to do something that was hard to do for people if you knew ahead of time most people would not care ?
You see, at just the right time, when we were
still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone
die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly
dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While
we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
