Philippians 1: 12-21 and 4:4, 8 and 9

General Principle:
Our perspective in life is directly related to what we   THINK   about.

True…Noble…Pure…Lovely…Admirable…Excellent….Praiseworthy

How to maintain a Positive Perspective:

1. You have to look for opportunities in   HARDSHIPS   (Phil 1:12-14)

2. You have to trust that God can use both good and bad to bring about   BLESSING   (Phil.1:15-18a)

3. Despite uncertainty in the   IMMEDIATE   days ahead, we have a   CERTAIN     FUTURE   that is more important than now (Phil. 1:18b-21).

• All circumstances can be valued for the opportunities to honor Christ.

• We don’t have to be preoccupied with what other people are doing, just focus on Jesus.

• All my difficulties are temporary.
