Ephesians 4:11-16

1. The purpose of congregational leadership is not to do all the work, but to E Q U I P others.

2 Timothy 2:2 Exodus 18 Acts 6:1-7

“If leaders do not delegate then their ministry will be no larger than what they can dominate.”

2. If we are to be a church full of participants then we need a S P I R I T U A L view of how we function.

“A healthy congregation is where every member is a minister and the focus of another’s ministry.”

3. Each member of the congregation needs to be C O M M I T T E D to the mission of Christ.

2 Timothy 2:3 1 Peter 3:15

4. There are three positive results of a church mobilized for action:

“People who aren’t growing are griping.”

M A T U R I T Y

“Spiritual growth usually comes in the aftermath…”

V I T A L I T Y

“We are never more alive in Christ than when we live like Jesus.”
