Love Never Ends

It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. - I Corinthians 13:7-8a

I. Jesus posed for his portrait of love.

Now about brotherly love we do not need to write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love each other. - I Thessalonians 4:9

II. Love exposed:

A. Love never puts down.

Hatred stirs up dissension, but love covers over all wrongs. - Proverbs 10:12

Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. - I Peter 4:8

B. Love always believes in.

C. Love always holds on.

D. Love never fails.

III. Paul proposed that we love more like Jesus.

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. - Hebrews 10:24

And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, - Philippians 1:9

Now about brotherly love we do not need to write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love each other. And in fact, you do love all the brothers throughout Macedonia. Yet we urge you, brothers, to do so more & more. - I Thessalonians 4:9-10
