Introduction: One of the great gospel claims is that a person is changed
when they come to know Jesus Christ. He not only deals with your past but you
give him your future.
Text: Colossians 3:5-14; Ephesians 4:22-24
What will this new life look like?
I. This New Life Will Be Radical in Its ____________.
A. You ought to be able to recognize a Christian by his moral wardrobe.
B. Ruthlessly put to death whatever belongs to our earthly nature.
C. Romans 13:14
D. Galatians 5:16
II. This New Life Will Be Radical in Its ____________.
A. There are only 2 kinds of people: those in Christ & those not in
Christ.
B. The kingdom of God is very exclusive & very inclusive.
III. This New Life Will Be Radical in Its ____________.
A. Goodness is not just the absence of badness.
B. It is not just what we take off, but what we put on.
C. You will never dispense grace until you realize how much you’ve
received.
D. Who is the one you need to radically forgive?
E. Ephesians 4:32
Conclusion: If you stand under the cross, you can start over and be
made new.
