Team Update
Help! The Kara Christian Academy needs to fill teaching slots for the 2008-09 school year. If you, or anyone you know, would like to teach bright and energetic 3rd or 5th graders or their 2 younger, pre-school aged brothers, please contact Andrea Miller at kabiyemission@yahoo.com.
Merry Christmas from Togo! The Christmas season is in full swing here, and although things are a little bit different in this culture, we are enjoying celebrating Christ's birth nonetheless! Instead of snow we have dust, and in place of cold temps we have cool (for us!) mornings. We enjoyed a Christmas party as a team with many other expats here in Togo, gift exchanges, and even a "Snow Party". From our team to all of our friends, family and supporters, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We love you all!

Christmas from the Reeves family! We've had a wonderful Christmas week
in our household! It has been full of friends, neighbors, food, fun,
giving, receiving, and the excitement of young children! Village visits
have continued for David and Becky has continued to teach school 2 days
with the 2nd graders and one with the preschoolers this past week. We've
enjoyed the past few days, especially, and look forward to Christmas
festivities on Christmas Day and a family vacation with the Millers to
the beach in Benin for a few days after Christmas. Please
continue to pray for maturity, love for God and love for one another
among the new and older Christians here in Kabiyeland. Please also pray
for everything to fall into place for the Water For All project (which
will bring cost efficient wells into many villages) to begin early on
this next year. May God bless each of you this Holiday
Season!
Here
are our children in front of the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve and
Gabe lighting a candle for the first time as we continued our family
tradition of an abbreviated Advent time the night before Christmas.
