Kabiye Team News Team Update Greetings from all over the world! This week, we continue the reinforcement of troops on the Togo front. Our school teacher, Katie Skipper, arrived safely a couple of weeks ago and the Reeves are traveling back to Togo this week. Please pray for their journeys as well as for the Rieses and Katie who will be driving down to greet them when they arrive. The Kabiye churches are doing well. Recently, the churches in Sanda Te and Soumdina Po Wayi selected men to become elders. We rejoice as these churches take this step in maturity and anticipate that they will be installed in the coming weeks. Reeves Family Update - kabiye4christ@yahoo.fr Hello to each one of you. We love you so much. We are so thankful for all of your prayers and support that you have given to us over these past four months. Our time is coming to an end here in the states and as we look back over the past weeks we have no doubt that God has been guiding us and strengthening us all along the way. That power has been a direct answers to your prayers. We arrived in the states a family of five and now we leave a family of six. Caleb is doing great and growing so fast. He is already outgrowing his clothes! Hannah and Elijah really enjoyed their month in public school and had a really good last day with their friends. However, they are really excited to see their friends who are in Togo. Gabriel has also really had a good summer. The whole summer was packed with great things. We have had a good time with our church family here and know that God has and will continue to bless the Richland church family in the future. We are looking forward to getting back to Togo and back into the grind. There is so much to do and so many thoughts and dreams about the next several months ahead and we are really excited for this time. We fly out of Seattle Monday evening and travel to London and then on to Accra where we will arrive on Tuesday evening. Please be praying for our safe travels and also pray that all our baggage will arrive there along with us. Pray for our kids and their patience throughout the flights. Again we are thankful for each of you and ask God's blessing on you. May God be praised in all things. The Reeves (Note: The Reeves arrived safely in Accra on Tuesday!) |
