Church Family Update...

• “Honor Thy Mother...” We’d like to wish a Happy Mother’s Day to all of our mothers! We appreciate you and all that you do to show the love of Christ to your families. Thank you!

• Baby Bottle Boomerang... The Open Arms Pregnancy Center of Cd’A offers compassionate support and resources to anyone facing an unexpected pregnancy or experiencing post-abortion stress. You can help with their mission by taking a baby bottle from the foyer, filling it with loose change, and returning it before Father’s Day next month.

• Pounding for Jeff & Kara Shelton on May 16... Their new address: 765 Cloverleaf Drive, Hayden, ID 83835. In connection with our upcoming Friend Day, please come welcome our new Youth & Family Minister and his family by helping them stock their cupboards! Bring a pound of coffee, a pound of flour, a pound of sugar, spices, honey, popcorn, olive oil, Mexican vanilla, cereal… there is no end to the list of non-perishable items that you could bring to help the Sheltons make their new house into a home!

• New Member Dessert!... The Involvement Ministry will be hosting a New Member Dessert on Tuesday, May 18, at 7:00pm at the home of Tim and Alyssa Frahm. We want to especially invite all new members to attend! Everyone is invited to come get to know our new families and enjoy an evening of fun, socializing, and yummy desserts!

• Tri-Cities Youth Rally... Tri-Cities Rally is coming May 21-23! There are registration packets on the Welcome Desk. The fee is now $50. Turn in forms and fees to Katrina Swaim, or put them in her mailbox.

Blue Mooo... This Wednesday! Come one, come all to enjoy a delicious dinner and entertainment provided by the talented students of CCS, who will be singing variations on hits from the 50’s! Come for dinner any time after 5:30pm; the program begins at 7pm. Donations are welcome.
