  • Plan a Trip to Renewal, July 1 thru 4... Several DG Church families plan to drive to Portland to be part of the spiritual feast called “RENEWAL”. Perhaps you should consider going too.

Ongoing Events...

  • Fun Friday, June 26th... Families with Children in 6th Grade and under join us for Beach Day from 10-noon. Meet at Honeysuckle Beach for some fun in the sun! Bring your sunscreen!

  • Teen Community Groups are still happening this summer! If you are available to host the girls’ group in your house on a Thursday night @ 5:30 for dinner and prayer group please sign up on the Family Ministry Board.

HELP!... Could it be that some good-intentioned member borrowed our long ladder and forgot to bring it back?... Remember, we specialize in forgiveness and need to retrieve the ladder quickly.  :-)
  • DIVORCE CARE FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN BEGINS AGAIN... Divorce Care Schedule: Wednesdays 6:00-7:30PM, Dalton Gardens Church of Christ. It's a special weekly support group and seminar. You'll learn how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life. For more info: Nancy Callis @ 208-772-6411.

  • Check Out LIFEgroups this summer... The groups will be studying the “one another” passages to strengthen our fellowship.

  • Pateros Apple Pie Festival July 18-20. As part of our effort to support congregations in the Northwest, we want to encourage the church in Pateros by taking advantage of the outreach opportunities that the annual Apple Pie Festival brings to the area. The Senior Saints are going up and others may also go with them. A sign up sheet is on the Welcome Desk.

SOMETHING NEW: Family Promise Kaleidoscope Week...
The Family Promise Ministry developed a slight snag, where there was a week in June when no church who is part of that effort could take the entire week to host homeless families... So, Kaleidoscope Week came about. Seven area churches will each take one night to host the families in our building. It is a stunning act of cooperation on something we all agree upon, helping the poor. For liability purposes, we need to provide at least one member who can stay in the building with them overnight. Contact Sylvia, Christina or the office if you can help.

Welcome to a great and warm church family.  Our guests are the most important people here today.  Please know our communion service is open to all Christians.  The nursery is located just outside the worship area.  There are special children's worship classes for those age 2 through 4th grade that are announced during the worship assembly.
