Good Morning Guests… Welcome to a great and warm church family. The Dalton Gardens Church of Christ exists to honor Jesus Christ by serving and loving others. Our guests are the most important people here today. Please know our communion service is open to all Christians. The nursery is located just outside the worship area. There are special children’s worship classes for those age 2 thru 4th grade that are announced during the worship assembly. Our worship is based upon the simple, yet sincere model of the New Testament. It is designed to encourage everyone to be a participant. Remember, the intent of your heart is always more important than your musical skill...So feel free to sing out in joy to the Lord. Most importantly...relax, feel welcome. We’re glad you are here and love you just the way you are, and your questions are always welcomed.
Please Silence your Cell Phones and Pagers Thank You for your consideration. |

Family News... LIBRARY NEWS! I’m so excited about all the new books I received in the library this last week. We have some very generous members. In fiction, we have new books by various authors, as well as Bookends by Liz Curtis Higgs. Also donated was Josh McDowell’s, The One Year book of Family Devotions: daily devotional for passing biblical values to the next generation. All these books are being labeled and catalogued in the next few weeks. I will have them on display in our lobby soon! Please check out the two new books on display in the lobby now!

Teen Scene... This morning as you read this, the teens are wrapping up an exciting weekend that we call "Come Before Winter". We are in St Maries for this annual retreat. A special thanks to Ruby Rude and to Don and Betty Rude for allowing us to use their cabins again. The theme for this year's retreat has been "Standing Strong, Hanging On.” We have spent many hours studying the life of Joseph and discussing how our faith needs to be strong like his. The teens have looked inward at some tough situations in their lives and shared with each other how they have grown stronger through these tough times. I would ask all of you at Dalton Gardens to pray for our safe return this afternoon and also for the teens as they strive to live the life of a strong Christian. We love all of you! -Scott
