Our
Leaders... Our Shepherds
 |
David Bruner
David and Linda Bruner’s first date was for a football game at
Harding University. He says, “she made eyes at me the whole
game.” They have been married for 32 years and have two children
(Justin who is a Youth Minister in Friendswood, Texas and
Jessica who works for the prosecuting attorney’s office in
Cd’A). David is a Social Worker with a nursing home in Spokane
Valley. He has served as one of the elders of Dalton Gardens
since 2000. When David thinks of Dalton Gardens he thinks of
home and family. He says, “we really are a place to belong, a
place to grow as a family and grow in the Lord.” |

Dan Dupey
Dan and his wife Teri met at a youth rally in the Tri-Cities and
have been married 28 years. They have three children (James,
Jennifer and Kelly), all faithful Christians with a sense of
ministry in their lives. Both Teri and Dan have been very
involved in Christian Education. Dan is the Director of Coeur
d’Alene Christian School and Teri is on the faculty.
Dan became one of the shepherds at Dalton
Gardens in 2006 and believes the congregation is a caring group
where the “fruit of the spirit is on display in every Christian
here.” He encourages everyone to continually put first things
first and “never give up in doing good.” He always encourages
folks to “Rejoice in the Lord always.”
